Covid-19: FFP2 or surgical masks to protect Healthcare Operators?

In the health emergency that Italy is going through, one of the most serious problems is the protection of Healthcare Workers. Since the shortage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) has been reported from the beginning, appeals have been made from many sides to provide Healthcare Workers with "adequate PPE". But what are the appropriate PPE to protect them effectively?
The attached document, prepared by the Health Safety Management System Working Group, set up by INAIL / Veneto Region, concerning the protection of the respiratory tract, tries to answer this question.
