8th International Mass Spectrometry School

The International Mass Spectrometry School is a six day school aimed to provide a formation in mass spectrometry, starting from fundamentals up to advances, instrumentation and applications, to graduate, PhD, post-doc students, and all those working in different areas of science, ranging from physics, chemistry, biosciences, food, environment, to omics sciences, medicine, interested to improve their knowledge and education in mass spectrometry.

The school, organized in tutorial lectures, poster and oral communications, exercises, troubleshooting and problem solving, together with social events, joins together participants from academia, public and private research centers and industry, and it is an useful occasion for allowing meeting of students and tutors coming from different countries and for creating new links and networking.

Topics include ionization techniques, ambient MS, analysers, HRMS, MS/MS, IMMS, AI & machine learning, DIA & DDA methods, big data, applications in different fields, ....

Lessons are given by top-level scientists.
